Q: I ordered a digital product (e-book or audiobook) how will I receive it?

A: You'll get an immediate email from Bookfunnel (my digital products distributor). Some people need to check their spam folder if they haven't whitelisted Bookfunnel in the past, so look there first if you have not received an email! You can add the audiobook or ebook to whatever app you prefer to use to read, OR you can download the Bookfunnel app, which I find incredibly easy to use. If you have issues downloading, the great folks at Bookfunnel can help with all your technical support needs!

 

Q: Why does my bill say "2649634 Ontario Ltd." rather than Sarah K. L. Wilson?

A: Sarah K. L. Wilson's legal business is a numbered corporation in the province of Ontario and that is the legal name of the company.

 

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my package?

A: Sarah packages and ships books once a week because that is when her cross-border exporter accepts packages and brings them over the border to the United States. Depending on when you ordered, packing might take up to a week, and then shipping will be standard USPS shipping times (roughly another 1-3 weeks, depending on your location.) If your package has not arrived in four weeks of placing your order, please contact Sarah.

 

Q: I want to return my order or get a refund. How do I do that?

A: Sorry! There are no returns or refunds. Please be sure of your order before you place it! For all other inquiries, contact me at sarah@sarahklwilson.com

Q: Where are the books printed?

A: All books are printed in the United States of America.

 

Q: I want my book customized, what can I expect?

A: Sarah is happy to customize with your name and a very brief note if you specify what that note is or ask for it to be whatever the author wants. Sarah will not reference favorite chapters or scenes, or pull quotes from her books for these customizations or do anything else that makes her feel uncomfortable. Your name or the name of someone you are gifting this book to, a quote you specify, or whatever Sarah wants to write are your options with this.

 

Q: Will my book arrive in perfect, pristine, never-touched condition?

A: Unlikely. This book will have been 1 - shipped to me, 2- shelved by me, 3- sent to you and (unless you're in Canada) 4- checked by border officials. Your book is unlikely to be pristine, no matter how well I pack it, but it will be UNIQUE, SIGNED and something you can't just grab off Amazon. You decide what that is worth to you.

 

Q: I want multiple formats of the same book, how can I do that?

A: You will need to add each format of the book you want to your order individually. (i.e. - hardcover, audio or ebook will each need to be added as its own item to your cart.)
